Please enclose a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Packing List in your returning shipment, and note on it the reason why you are returning the item. For example, "return for exchange to another size XXX" or "return for a refund". This copy will help us to quickly find your original purchase record and process for the exchange or refund.
If you accidentally purchased a wrong size and want to exchange to another size, you will need to pay for the second time shipping cost and the price difference (if any). Please advise the best phone number of yours so that we can reach you for a credit/debit card number.
All returned items are subject to our standard inspection upon arrival. If the returned item is not in the original condition (such as damaged or got dirty) or missing the original packaging, a POSSIBLE restocking fee (15%-25% of the item value) MAY be deducted from the refund, depending on the reason for return.

Our default carrier in our website is UPS Ground for all customers in the USA, up to total shipping weight of 150 LBs. The shipping cost shown in your shopping cart is calculated based on the UPS rates and your shipping address. However, UPS does not deliver to certain types of addresses, such as P.O. Boxes, or military addresses, etc. Therefore we may ship an order via another equivalent carrier, such as USPS (www.usps.com), to make sure a timely delivery.
For any military address or "Ship To" address outside of continental USA, please contact us for an estimate on the shipping cost. We offer military & International shipping via Postal Service and/or other methods to minimize the cost.
Local pick-up and walk-ins are always welcome!
